The Founder

Passionate about human behaviour and how to create a productive and healthy climate at work, Kristin Vuitton supports managers and executives in developing their competencies to inspire and lead their teams.

Based in Geneva and Paris, Kristin serves an international clientele throughout Europe, working indifferently in English, French, and Swedish.

Specialised in leadership, impactful communication, conflict management and team culture, she furthermore enjoys working with groups, giving seminars and trainings.

And before this?

Kristin has an extensive experience in multinational institutions where she occupied many executive positions in complex, international environments managing performance, talents, teams, and change.
